Our stay was disappointing due to the low standards of cleanliness and maintenance. The apartment had not been cleaned properly, particularly the floor. While surfaces like countertops and tables seemed to have received attention, the floor was visibly dirty. Under the bed, we found forgotten child's slippers from previous guests, and there was significant dust, crumbs, and hair throughout the entire space. Ants were crawling out a hole near the bathroom entrance, and there was a persistant sewage smell. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the condition of the property was poor. The walls and fixtures were damaged and worn, indicating a general lack of upkeep. The bathroom sink was leaking from underneath, causing some alarm to go off. On the top of it all, a €200 security deposit was required upon check-in and was returned only after a room inspection at check-out. Overall, we found the high price to be completely unjustified.

房間適閤家庭出遊，有餐廳和廚具。就是下午5點入住不人性化。説好的房間衞生打掃完了給我訊息，我們等到7點沒有任何訊息，去酒店前台問怎麼沒有訊息，沒有解釋，太不負責任了

Todo una maravilla directamente, si que habían cosas que estaban algo rotas pero que no hacían falta arreglar ni cambiarlas, como el tenedor de ropa, teniendo lavadora y secadora ponen la ropa ahi 🫴🥚🥚

Está a 2 mins de la estación de bus Plaza de Armas, ubicación excelente. El apartamento es chulo y grande. Me han devuelto la fianza rápidamente en el día de salida.

We appreciated the hotel's convenient location just outside the city center, making it easy to get around while staying in a quieter area. The room itself was spacious and well laid out, which made our stay comfortable. Service was minimal, but that was fine by us. However, cleanliness left much to be desired—the room felt like it was just barely cleaned rather than properly refreshed. On top of that, many fixtures seemed to be on their last legs, just a thread away from falling apart. A little more attention to maintenance and housekeeping would make this a much better stay. If you're not too particular about those aspects, the space and location could still make it a decent option.

Réception 24h/24, appartement propre et très bien placé proche des principaux monuments a pieds, a même pas 5 minutes a pied de la gare, vraiment un hébergement de choix pour visiter seville

各方面尚可，但是房間沒有電吹風，晚上去總枱詢問，沒有人説二十分鐘回來，過了半個小時去還是沒有人。很遺憾 設施：連必要的電吹風都沒有，而且，總枱一直沒有人也不安全！
